A NANNY FOR THE RANCHER’S TWINS is the first book I’ve ever read by Heidi Main. I loved everything about this beautiful story and I’m sad that it is over. Heidi grabbed my heart from the very first page. She has a way of grabbing her readers and she never lets us go. Laney Taylor has recently lost her aunt and uncle. They have left the ranch to her. Laney along with her aunt have always dreamed of turning the ranch into a wedding venue. Part of the land is being used by rancher Ethan McCaw. He can lose everything if Laney decides not to renew his lease for the land. Laney is torn as she doesn’t want to give up on her dream or have one of Ethan’s cows showing up in the middle of a wedding. Can Ethan and Laney work things out? Will Laney agree to let him help her if she watches his twins? You are going to have to read A NANNY FOR THE RANCHER’S TWINS to find out.

A NANNY FOR THE RANCHER’S TWINS is all about letting go of the past and the fear of being hurt again. That is what Ethan and Laney are both dealing with. Its A funny story at times and filled with laugh out loud moments. I loved this story so much and I’m very excited to see what Heidi writes next. I will be watching. Be prepared to fall in love with this small town and all of the people in it. Will Ethan ever be able to get over his trust issues? Will Laney ever feel like she is deserving of a happy life? You really need to read A NANNY FOR THE RANCHER’S TWINS to find the answers.

A NANNY FOR THE RANCHER’S TWINS is filled with twists and turns and had me staying up way too late one night to finish! I had to know where Heidi Main was taking the story. I really loved how the whole community came to their aid and only wanted them to feel loved! The same goes for the twins who will steal your heart. There is so much heart in Heidi’s writing that I was left with a huge smile on my face and my heart very happy. The very real situations that come up in this book could be taken right out of the newspapers today. I could totally see A NANNY FOR THE RANCHER’S TWINS becoming a television series and I would love to watch it. All of the characters are very interesting and believable, so much so that I felt as if I’ve known them for a long time.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from JustRead Publicity Tours. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Excerpt #1

“I built my house, you know. I could help you. I mean, if you’d reconsider and watch Tori and Zoe for me.”
No way was Laney going to watch a pair of three-year-olds, even if they were adorable. “You’ve got to have other childcare options than me.”
Ethan shook his head. “You’re kind of my last hope.”
“But we barely know each other.”
“Yesterday you engaged with them like a pro. I think you’d do a fine job watching my girls. I was thinking you could nanny them until eleven. My mother will watch them later in the afternoons, so I can help you most days with the renovations, say from three to six? I’ll do whatever you tell me to do.” He moved to the porch and held open the door for her.
He needed help, she needed help. It was a simple exchange of services. Taking care of his sweet girls would not put her independence in peril.
Maybe she should consider his idea. “Okay, let’s give this a try.”
