  1. Good Morning Susan. I am still hanging onto these last days of summer, it is not officially fall for 4 more days.🌞😀 My sister and I are going to visit our 97 year old aunt. She lives about two hours away, so I am leaving shortly. She is in a retirement home, but is palliative, so we are allowed to visit as her children do not live near her to visit. It is going to be a long day, but I am looking forward to seeing her. Have a wonderful day, my friend. ☕😀🌞📚🧡

    1. Good morning Carla! After dealing with 57 days this summer of over 90 degrees I’m so ready for fall!🎃 Have a safe trip with your sister! I’m sure your aunt(God bless her) will be thrilled to have you two visit her! Road trip!!😂

      I’m going to do all my bedding today while getting some baking done. I have a rye bread recipe I’ve been dying to try and maybe some cookies. Have a lovely day and enjoy your trip!🤗📚🌞☕💜💜

      1. I just got home. We had a great visit, then I went to a friend’s house for dinner and an evening of cards. Such a wonderful day, but now I am behind. laundry tomorrow as well as getting the car washed and vacuumed. No reading today. Sounds like you had a busy day. How did the rye bread turn out? 😀🌞🍞

      2. Wow you must be so tired. I didn’t do my laundry and instead of rye I made cinnamon raisin and the middle was still doughy after baking.🤷 I will try again tomorrow. I did bake some sandwich rolls for the steak sandwiches I made for dinner with onions and peppers. So good. Get some rest my friend. Sounds like another busy tomorrow😴🤗💜🙏
